Activities of the Physical Education Management

One of the strategies of Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz is to use sports activities to create an everlasting passion among its students. For this purpose, the necessary platform for performing sports activities has been provided through indoor and outdoor spaces, such as individual sports halls, and fitness and bodybuilding halls. Also various sports classes such as football, volleyball, basketball, ping pong, handball, freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, track and field, badminton, taekwondo, karate and judo for both ladies and gentlemen are also held during the academic year.

In addition, Shahid Chamran University of Ahvaz holds special classes for those students who are interested in coaching in their fields of study. It also sponsors sports camps and dispatches students to championship events.

Students with special sports skills receive particular attention by this university and are identified for membership in national student teams.
